Expression Fiber Arts Allure Fingering or Luster Sport yarn

We used two different kits, one in each sample. Please note, gauge is very important in this pattern. Please take the time to do a gauge swatch to ensure you get the same gauge as the designer so you don't run out.

The Coastal Hues Kit with Natural and the Find Your Path Kit with Gold.

6 skeins total in each kit (Sample used 1125 yds),

(1.7 oz, 218 yd) each color A-F; A = 200 yds, B = 200 yds, C = 120 yds, D = 185 yds, E = 205 yds, F = 205 yds

NEEDLES:

US size 4 (3.5 mm), straight or circular needles

Advanced Beginner - This pattern is for those knitters who are ready to learn some new skills or stitch combinations. Skills/concepts include: simple eyelet lace

Notes From the Designer:

•We grow up hearing what our future should be, what path we should take. But, sometimes what is best for others, is not what is best for us. Sometimes, we need to listen to the inner voice that guides us in another direction. Cut out the noise, listen to your soul and find your own path.

•This 6 color shawl is knit on the diagonal using fairly simple, reversible knit and purl stitch combinations. The accent color stripe is worked in a yarn over eyelet pattern that simplifies its design from an ornate diamond pattern into a simple arrow. The Allure silk yarn is wonderful to work with and provides a lovely drape and shine that highlights the stitch patterns.

great pattern, plenty to keep your mind occupied while you are doing it. i like the two options of the lace section and the instructions are easy to understand

I bought the Find your Path pattern and yarn kit. The yarn is a dream to work with. I absolutely love this mulberry silk and this is the second project I've knit with it. The pattern is fun, I wish I had more time to devote to it right now, but I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm just a few rows away from adding the 2nd color. If you're looking for a fun knit with a fine yarn with beautiful drape, this is the perfect project!

I’m only a fraction done with this pattern but it’s written so well that I’m having no problem following it and I’m a fairly new knitted. I splurged and ordered the yarn pack suggested and the yarn is just beautiful. The nicest I’ve ever worked with and I’m a long time crocheter who’s worked with tons of yarn. So pleased.
