This is a lovely piece that you can wear/use from Spring right through early Fall. Love the black, but can see it in an Easter green, or pastels. I'm a "binge TV watcher" also, and using stitch markers so I keep my rows even. Just me, I'm a frogger if not perfect. Otherwise, this is working up beautifully.
