This pattern was very exciting to knit! It was my second sweater, and is my favorite. I used your Crema worsted Open wood variegated yarn, a work of art in itself. I learned my lesson to alternate skeins every few rows, which I didn't do and it showed but still is acceptable. The yarn is a light worsted, resulting in more stitches in my swatch than guage, so I had to tweak the sleeve length and back. I had tried a larger needle but the stitches didn't look as nice. The style of the pattern, nice and roomy, is just what I was looking for.thank you so much for that. I have purchased yarn that is a bit bulkier to make another. The pattern was fun to knit and sewed together well, and I have had such warming compliments on it! How fun is that!?!

This was an exciting project to knit. I used crema open wood yarn. It is a lightweight worsted, and my stitch count was therefore greater, so I had to tweak the width of the back, and the sleeve length. I tried using larger needles but the stitches didn't look as nice as the recommended seven. The yarn is variegated and a work of art. I am so grateful you dyed more so I would have enough. The drape and feel of the merino and silk is lovely. I learned my lesson to alternate rows of different skeins, as I didn't on the front and it shows but is still acceptable. I plan to knit another with buttery worsted, which is a bit thicker strand. Thank you so much for a roomy sweater that is fun to knit and easily constructed.

I used the worsted Christmas yarn, Donner for this sweater. I loved working with the yarn and the pattern was pretty easy. I was able to knit and watch TV at the same time. I did play yarn chicken and lost, though. I knew the yarn I chose didn't have the same yardage as the suggested yarn, so I shortened the collar in hopes that would help. Sadly I had to shorten the right sleeve by 4 rows. However, I always push my sleeves up, so it won't be noticeable. LOL. I do highly recommend this pattern.

The sweater pattern is an easy pattern so far. I have the back finished and on hold; just started the front. It is coming together quickly. I can’t wait to finish it. So far I’m loving it.
