Transitional skill level - This pattern progresses from beginner through intermediate and advanced.
Notes From the Designer:
•The shawl is a multi-skill level design that moves through the beginner skill level, the intermediate skill level, and the advanced skill level.
•This transitional design begins with Beginner level instructions that can either be continued to the end or stopped while continuing on with the Intermediate level instructions.
•The pattern is written in a way that is easily customizable for those who wish to solely work within their comfort level and for those who wish to challenge themselves further.
•Color changes can be made at the transition to each skill level if desired, but we opted for a single color throughout.

René is my middle name, given to me by my father. I’ve always loved the name with its simple elegance. That simple elegance is what I drew upon when I created the design for this shawl. I wanted stitch patterns that would transition easily between the multiple skill levels without disrupting the elegance and simplicity of the piece.
