MOTHER OF PEARL - absolutely beautiful blend of creamy blues and soft lavenders, a hint of pinkish purple and cream. Use this color to knit the Mother of Pearl shawl.

YARN - Superwash Merino Wool Silk Pearlescent Worsted - (50:50) Smooth with a gorgeous gleam. Sure to be a favorite!

MERINO WOOL is ultra soft, creamy to the touch, cloud-like and breathes so you stay comfortable and cozy. We had these spun with a very fine merino wool so it's incredibly soft and wonderful for next-to-skin accessories and garments. It has a lovely stretch and "memory" so it's a breeze to create hats, mittens, sweaters, socks, boot toppers, blankets and virtually anything else you'd need some elasticity and bounce for.

MULBERRY SILK is a dream... it glows and gleams and takes the dye so well, that the colors just pop like crazy. It also contributes to the lovely softness.

~When you combine these two fibers into a single ply yarn like this, you get subtle differences in tone as the wool and silk take the dye slightly differently. The colors truly appear to be iridescent and other-worldly.

If you’ve never worked with pearlescent worsted, now is the time to do so! It knits up beautifully and feels oh so lovely in your hands. I made the recommended shawl. Very easy pattern and suitable for beginners or for beginners or for experienced knitters who want a simple project. Highly recommend!

This is a very beautiful yarn. The very soft tones are so pretty. I am a sucker for your silk yarns love to work with them. They knit up so smoothly and feel so good while working with them. Thank you and your elfs for all your hard work to bring us such wonderful yarns & patterns. P.S. I'm still hoping for the Bright Coral with just a dash of Purple....Hope Hope I can see this in my mind as a beautiful sunset fabric when it is knitted.

Squishy Perfection!

I just started knitting with this skein a day or so ago, and this yarn is terrific! I just want to knit all day. The stitches are plump, the yarn is very soft, and the colors blend together well. You will love this yarn!!

i saw this yarn and had to have it, so I indulged myself and bought some. I was more than impressed with the quality and colors of this yarn. It slides through your fingers with a softness and ease that I haven't experienced often. I loved this yarn so much I ordered more of this color way and order more in 2 other color ways too, lol.
