Height can be adjusted by adding or subtracting rounds in groups of 4. Circumference can be adjusted by adding or subtracting stitches by a multiple of 2.

A stitch marker is placed to indicate the end of the round. When working each round, slip marker when you come to it, and proceed to work the next round in pattern.
