Notes from the Designer:
Although I have worked with mosaic knitting patterns for years, mosaic crochet is a new concept for me. When asked to design something using all 10 colors of Willowmist DK yarn, I immediately thought of this technique. It uses very basic stitches, making it an ideal project for almost any experience level. The design possibilities are seemingly endless!
Willowmist DK yarn is a joy to work with! While it works up like most fine merino yarns, the addition of the lyocell fiber gives it a slightly silky feel, and it produces a lovely drape to the fabric after blocking.

- Two styles of mosaic crochet are used in this blanket. Please be sure to read through the notes at the end of the pattern BEFORE beginning.
- Refer to notes at the end of the pattern for suggestions on choosing alternate colors.
- When working the dc around the ch sts, work as a standard dc, NOT an extended dc.
- Two rows of each color are worked. Join or pick up the new color when working the final loop of the last stitch in the row. Carry the non-working yarn up the side.
- Each square in the mosaic crochet chart represents a single crochet, unless otherwise indicated.
- Working color is indicated at the start of each RS row.
- The border is worked using a combination of remaining yardage. You may alter the colors as desired.
