Notes from the Designer:
Meander is a worsted-weight scarf that features a broken rib edging, vertical cables, and a textured motif. Meander celebrates long, slow walks through the winter forest. Winter woods boast so many beauties: pinecones, snow-capped fir trees, bright-eyed chickadees, scarlet cardinals, and silence. And waiting at the end of your leisurely stroll? Hot cocoa, a crackling fireplace, and cookies. This scarf will keep your neck warm and toasty until the end of your journey and beyond.
- As main body is being worked, there will be an 8-stitch border on each edge, which will continue the same edging worked in the edging rows. The main body instructions and chart will be referring to the 24 stitches between those markers.
- Slip markers as you come to them.
- Chart is on page 6 of pattern.
- When working the slipped stitches, slip them through the back loop, so they will not be twisted.
