Skills/ concepts include working with DPNs and circular needles, increase and decrease stitches, cast-on methods, and construction and blocking techniques.
Notes from the Designer:
As you immerse yourself in your book, you curl up in the perfect, quiet corner of the library. Lost in the pages, the chilly library envelops you. Remembering that cozy wrap you just finished knitting, you drape it over your shoulders and once again get lost in the pages. This is the perfect wrap to keep the chill at bay, whether you are curled up in a corner with a book or out for a stroll. The elongated rectangle is not only fun to create, but cozy to wear.

- This shawl is worked center out to create an elongated rectangle with center points. The piece is knitted in the round until the width is achieved, and then it is divided and worked flat. While knitting flat, each side is worked the same, unless otherwise stated in the pattern. You can work each color on both sides before moving onto the next, or work one side at a time.
