I enjoyed this pattern. I modified it to fit my ponytail just leaving a 1 inch gap at the edge when beginning the sides. Worked out well and this pattern works really well for fun pooling and 100% silk yarn which stretches a bit with wear without much bounce back. Fulls nicely. Wear it often when just needing a quick lightweight head covering.

i'm learning crochet, so i tried this in EFA Wild Wood lace. it was very cool to learn a spiral. i decorated it with spotted feathers for a wild wood friend, and he loves it for a summer cap
