We had these spun with a very fine merino wool so it's incredibly soft and wonderful for next-to-skin accessories and garments. It has a lovely stretch and "memory" so it's a breeze to create hats, mittens, sweaters, socks, boot toppers, blankets and virtually anything else you'd need some elasticity and bounce for.

MULBERRY SILK is a dream... it glows and gleams and takes the dye so well, that the colors just pop like crazy. It also contributes to the lovely softness.
