Adventurous Beginner to Intermediate – This pattern is for crocheters who know basic stitches and are ready to learn some new skills. Skills/concepts include simple garment sizing and construction, Foundation Half Double Crochet, and seaming.

Notes from the Designer:

• This pattern will be available on our website only for a limited time.
• The designer crochets loosely, so, if you are a tight crocheter, we suggest going up a hook size or two. Just make sure to check gauge first.
• This ruana/cardigan is worked in two pieces, sideways in rows. Then you add sc, sl st, or sew up the one side to create the armhole. Then sc, sl st, or sew the two panels together halfway up (the whole back section).
• Your width is determined by how many stitches you start with (from front to back).
• Beginning Ch 1 DOES NOT count as the first stitch.
• Anything in between * * means you repeat that specific sequence until specified.
• If you would like a SHORTER length than the given measurements, then go DOWN a size for the initial foundation counts, OR until you reach a desirable length.
• If you would like a LONGER length than the given measurements, then go UP a size for the initial foundation counts, OR until you reach a desirable length.
