• You will need 4 (5, 5, 6) [6, 6, 7] {7, 8, 8} skeins of Expression Fiber Arts Dewy DK yarn.

• Approximate yardage/meterage used: 960 (1000, 1150, 1260) [1310, 1430, 1560] {1680, 1800, 2000} yds / 878 (914, 1052, 1152) [1198, 1298, 1426]{1536, 1646, 1830} m.

SKILL LEVEL: 

Intermediate – This pattern is for those who feel comfortable with knitting and have made a few projects, using various skills and techniques. Skills/concepts include increases and decreases, picking up stitches, knitting both flat and in the round, garment sizing and shaping, and working buttonholes.

Notes from the Designer:

• This pattern will be available on our website only for a limited time.
• Read through the entire pattern before beginning.
• Knit a gauge swatch flat using US 8 (5 mm) needles in garter stitch before beginning for an accurate fit. Block swatch to accurately measure. Move up or down a needle size or change yarn if necessary.
• If having difficulty meeting exact gauge, match stitch gauge and make up the difference in measurement, as they are listed in the pattern.
• If using a different fiber for this top, please keep in mind the drape and fit may differ.
• Try on the garment to ensure fit as you go.
• Wet block garment before wearing.
• YouTube or Google unknown skills.
• Add a removable place marker to the right side of the garment to keep track of RS/WS, as garter stitch will be tricky to identify sides.
• For a more fitted cardigan, knit a size down than recommended. For a looser fitted cardigan, knit up a size than recommended.
• To add or subtract length to the cardigan, knit to 3” (8 cm) above desired length from the underarm.
