Adventurous Beginner to Intermediate – This pattern is for those crocheters who know basic stitches and are ready to learn some new skills. Skills/concepts include Magic Ring cast on, special stitches, post stitches, and working into various parts of a stitch.

Notes from the Designer:

When I created the "All About That Drape Top," I knew the stitch pattern would also be perfect for a shawl. As soon as I was able, I set about creating this beautiful piece. Lacy and textured stitches combine with Expression Fiber Arts’ gorgeous, fingering weight Moongleam Fingering yarn to make a soft and wonderfully drapey shawl that will add warmth and style to any outfit. This project works up quickly, so you may be tempted to make one in every colorway!

• This pattern will be available on our website only for a limited time.
• The gauge swatch for this shawl is worked into the pattern. If you are aiming for a shawl the same size as mine, I recommend you try to follow the gauge. If not, the gauge doesn’t really matter too much. Just be sure to use the proper hook size for the yarn you are using, so you can achieve a nice drape.
• The pattern includes written instructions and a photo tutorial.
• Ch1 at the beginning of a row is never considered a stitch.
• Ch1 between stitches does count as a stitch.
• Ch3 at the beginning of a row is considered a dc.
• A V stitch consists of a (dc, ch1, dc) all in one stitch.
